1. I’m brand new to Reformer Pilates – What class should I start with?
Start with our Level 1 class where we focus from the basic upwards.
2. How do I book my class?
We use the MINDBODY online booking system.
All classes must be booked prior to coming to the studio.
Book through our website or download the MINDBODY APP on your device by searching Rise Pilates in your APP store.
3. I cant find pricing options in my APP?
Once having downloaded our APP, our schedule will be first to open. When you go to book your preferred class time – the system will prompt you to create an account with us, or log in if you already have one. Follow the prompts and the system will guide you into our payment options – where you will be able to purchase a pack that suits you best!

4. My new monthly pack reads the wrong expiry date?
Our monthly packs will often generate a random expiry date until you book your first session in using the particular pack. Once your class is booked, the expiry date will automatically change to the right expiry date as assumed during your purchase.
5. Late cancelation Policy?
Rise has a 9hr cancellation window – a late cancel or no show in class within
this 9 hr timeframe will result with a loss of session. Unlimited Members will be charged a $15 cancellation fee within the 9 hr time frame.
6. Late to class?
Unfortunately, if you are more than 5 minutes late to class and miss the warm-up with your instructor, we can not permit you to join the class due to liability reasons. Please ensure you arrive with ample time in advance to avoid this occurring. Your session will be forfeited as a late -cancellation as you’ve held a spot in the class.
7. Pregnancy Policy?
You can attend regular classes up until 15 weeks (provided clearance from your GP)
8. What do I wear?
Comfortable clothing, preferably a little tighter to ensure nothing gets caught in the machine. We wear bare feet whilst exercising – grippy socks are optional if your prefer.
9. Studio facilities?

10. Do I need to be a certain fitness level to attend classes?
All fitness levels are welcome! If you are NEW to reformer Pilates, or getting back into it, please start with our LEVEL 1 class where we can build you up from there. Pilates is for EVERYONE!
11. Cancellation of Rise ANYTIME Workouts?
To cancel Rise Anytime workouts, log into your Anytime account. Hover the cursor over your login name in the top right corner and drop down to ‘My Subscriptions’. It will take you to your current subscription with the option to ‘Cancel Subscription’
