Studio

Policies

Please familiarise yourself with our studio policies listed below, before your first class.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via our email: [email protected]

Cancellation

We have a 9 hr cancelation policy at Rise Pilates. You are free to move your sessions around as much as you like prior to 9hrs before your class commencing time.
A cancellation made within 9 hours of your booked class will result in your session being deducted as a “late cancellation”.

No Shows

A “no show” is considered a late cancellation. Your class will be forfeited for not showing up to your class.
Please late cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend to give another person a chance to come to class instead.

Waitlists

If the class is “full”, there will be an option to add yourself to the “waitlist”.
Should a cancellation occur, you will be notified via email or text (depending on which you have selected in your account set up)
where you will have the option to attend the class or deny the spot. Please respond either way to give the next client a chance.

Please keep a reminder of any classes you waitlist for. If you do not receive a text/email, please let us know at [email protected]
so we can assist you (it is usually your sign up settings).

Please note: You will only be added from the waitlist up until 2 hours before the class time.
If you have not been added from the waitlist within two hours of the class time, please jump on the app and check to see if a space has become available.

You’re free to book yourself if there is a space. The system will not charge you twice.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class to ensure you’re set for your class to commence on time.

If you are 5 mins or more late to class, the instructor cannot permit you into class as all clients must participate in the warmup for insurance purposes.

The instructor has the right to give your spot away and your session will be forfeited.

Pregnancy

Please let us know as soon as you return to class with your pregnancy news.

Prenatal clients can attend LV1 classes up until 20 weeks.
Post 20 weeks clients can move to 1:1 private session, should wishing to continue.

All prenatal information is always kept highly confidential.

16+ years

To participate in our group classes, clients must be 16 years of age or over.
Instructors also require WWCC to work with clients under the age of 16.

1:1 session can be organised for children younger 15.

Child Free Space

We are unable to have young children come into the studio during class time or sit in reception for the duration of the class due to insurance cover.
This is also for the safety of your child/children and for respect of other clients who are coming in for their workout.

Phone Free Zone
Phones can also be distracting for the clients around you. If you work in an industry where you are “on call” please let the instructor know and we can make the exception.

Returning to class post injury

Please let us know if you have any injury or concerns prior to coming back into class.
We recommend returning to LV1 classes to assist you in any modifications needed and building you back up to pre injury with graded exercise.
This starts in our LV1 classes.
